If you have a Viable Screen Name, you can receive a ViableVRS call from your hearing co-workers, relatives and friends! All they need to do is dial 877-VIABLE1 (877-842-2531) then give your Viable Screen Name to the Video Interpreter. *
The hearing person can use any phone to call you, whether it be a cell phone or an old-fashioned handset telephone. However, for you to receive the call, your Viable Screen Name needs to be logged into Viable Vision or your VPAD.
Don't just make VRS calls... receive them too!
