All you need is a Viable Phone Number. When you have registered for yours, simply give your Viable Phone Number to deaf and hearing people and let them call you. If you miss their calls, they can leave you VideoMail.

You have three choices: You can check your messages through your VPAD, Viable Vision or MyViable.

No, there is no cost for VideoMail!

Yes, anyone can leave you a message. People who call you directly from a videophone will be able to leave an ASL message. Voice callers who dial your number will be able to leave a message through ViableVRS .

You can transfer your number to ViableVRS – contact Customer Support and we will assist you.

After leaving your message, simply hang up. You can press 1 if you want to review or re-record your message.

You can keep the default text message that comes with VideoMail.

We recommend that you identify yourself in your message, such as "Hello, you've reached <your name>. I am not here right now, please leave a message."

Messages can be deleted through the VPAD, Viable Vision or MyViable.

Unfortunately, messages expire after 365 days.

Users will be given more messages on a case/by/case basis initially and can contact a CSR for more memory space.

You can check your messages using any browser that has Flash 9 or greater installed. This is the same for PC or Mac.

We currently support video notifications for the T-Mobile Sidekick LX and will soon enable this for Blackberry and iPhone. Some Blackberry models that support the 3gp format can view messages. Please contact Customer Support for the latest list of supported devices.
