VPAD Return Policy

All VPADs purchased from Viable may be returned so long as you: (a) contact us to notify us that you intend to return your VPAD within 14 days of purchase; and (b) return with proof of purchase. Engraved VPADs are not eligible for return/refund.

A product returned with proof of purchase along with its original packaging and contents is eligible for a refund of the purchase price if it is in good working condition. You may be required to pay a restocking fee.

Using our Return Mailing Label

Returns can only be made using Viable return mailing labels that can be obtained by contacting customer support. Any other mailing label other than Viable return labels will not be accepted. The return mailing labels obtained from Viable are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment, please do not include items from other orders in the same box. If you use the return mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
