Hello — I’m Nick, and I work in engineering.  Your VPAD has some pretty cool upgrades… log in and go to SETTINGS > SYSTEM > see if you’re at application version 5245 or newer.

1. You can expand the video box to full-screen even when not on call. Just touch the video box to expand it then play games or watch movies on your VPAD.
2. We made the keyboard sleeker. The smaller size doesn’t block the entire screen so you can see the other person while you text.
3. We redesigned the 911 interface at MyViable. You can update your Registered Location information through the VPAD now.
